Located in Takayama Village, Kamitakai District, Nagano Prefecture, this hidden hot spring sits at an altitude of 1,400 meters in the mountainous region. It has been cherished as a hot spring cure resort since the Edo period, with its name derived from seven natural spring sources that produce high-quality hot spring water.

The main attraction is the wild open-air bath surrounded by pristine nature, where visitors can soak while enjoying beautiful seasonal scenery. The autumn foliage season is particularly spectacular, drawing many hot spring enthusiasts. The spring water is classified as sulfur-containing sodium/calcium sulfate-chloride spring, believed to be effective for neuralgia, muscle pain, and skin conditions.
