Hot Spring Overview
Located in Ikawadani-cho, Nishi Ward, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture, this is a rare day-trip and accommodation facility offering 100% natural radium hot spring water. The water quality is simple weak radioactive cold mineral spring (hypotonic, alkaline, cold mineral spring) with a source temperature of 27.2°C and pH 8.94. The facility has its own source spring on the premises, providing 100% natural radium spring water without any tap water or well water mixed in. Four different temperature zones are available: 38°C lukewarm bath, 42°C main bath, 24°C free-flowing source water bath, and 41°C outdoor bath. The lukewarm water allows for extended relaxation bathing. A natural radium nano-mist sauna enables inhalation of radium vapor, and a loyly sauna is also available. The spring has numerous therapeutic indications including gout, arteriosclerosis, high blood pressure, chronic cholecystitis, gallstones, chronic skin conditions, cold sensitivity, menopausal disorders, kidney disease, liver disease, and nerve paralysis. The facility includes a restaurant, entertainment zone (7,000 manga volumes), coworking space, karaoke, and conference rooms. The accommodation wing 'Yu no Maru' is available for extended therapeutic stays. Free parking for 120 vehicles and a free shuttle bus from Gakuentoshi Station are provided.
