Kaike Onsen Kaike Fuga
Hot Spring Overview
Kaike Fuga is a refined ryokan located in Kaike Onsen in Yonago, Tottori Prefecture, featuring a beautiful 2,000-square-meter Japanese garden. Kaike Onsen was established in 1900 when a hot spring was discovered gushing from the seabed of the Sea of Japan, and the area is renowned for its white sandy Yumigahama Beach and views of Mt. Daisen, the highest peak in the Chugoku region. At Kaike Fuga, guests can enjoy a sulfur-containing sodium chloride spring with a source temperature of 65.7 degrees Celsius. The high salinity provides excellent heat retention. Bathing facilities include separate large baths for men and women, private family baths, and barrel saunas. The inn offers a variety of rooms including those with private open-air baths and maisonette suites, and welcomes both overnight and day-trip visitors with complimentary shuttle service from Yonago Station.
