Konoka Onsen is a roadside-station hot spring and lodging facility nestled deep in the Shikoku Mountains in Kuwaze, Ino Town, Agawa District, Kochi Prefecture. Sitting at around 600 meters elevation along the crystal-clear Kuwaze River (a headwater of the Yoshino River), the facility stands at the foot of Mt. Kanpuzan (1,763 m), Shikoku's second-highest peak, and the entrance to the famous UFO Line (Kamegamori Forest Road), known as the sky road. The spring is classified as an alkaline simple hot spring also containing iron-bearing sodium chloride components, gentle on the skin and praised as a beauty bath, said to be effective for neuralgia, muscle and joint pain, poor circulation, and fatigue recovery. The facility was fully renewed in November 2024, refurbishing the indoor bath, open-air bath, sauna, cold-plunge bath, restaurant, local product shop, and nine guest rooms. The open-air bath offers views of the surrounding mountains while listening to the murmur of the Kuwaze River.
