A day-trip natural hot spring facility located in Santo-cho, Asago City, Hyogo Prefecture. The water quality is alkaline simple hot spring (mildly alkaline, hypotonic, low-temperature spring) with a source temperature of 27.2°C and pH 8.6. It is also known for its high radon content, offering potential therapeutic benefits as a radon spring. The facility name 'Yofudo' derives from the area's poetic place name 'Mori Gokuraku' (Forest Paradise). Two outdoor baths of different character are available: one crafted from mikage-ishi granite and the other from natural rock formations. The indoor bath area features jet baths and a sauna. Therapeutic indications include neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain, frozen shoulder, motor paralysis, joint stiffness, bruises, sprains, chronic digestive diseases, hemorrhoids, cold sensitivity, convalescence, fatigue recovery, and general health improvement. A special 'One Coin Day' is held on the 10th, 20th, and 30th of each month when adult admission is reduced to 500 yen. Surrounded by the rich nature of the Tajima region, the facility provides convenient access to nearby attractions such as Takeda Castle Ruins and Ikuno Silver Mine. The on-site restaurant serves dishes featuring local ingredients, and free parking for 80 vehicles is available.
