HOTEL RIVIERA Shishikui is a resort hotel situated at the southeastern tip of Shikoku in Shishikuiura, Kaiyo Town, Kaifu District, Tokushima Prefecture, within the Muroto-Anan Coast Quasi-National Park. Adjacent to the Michi-no-Eki (Roadside Station) Shishikui Onsen, the hotel boasts an all-ocean-view guest room layout offering panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean in a tropical resort atmosphere. The facility utilizes Shishikui Onsen, a natural hot spring known as Awa Shishikui no Shirayu, which rises from ultra-deep layers 1,000 meters underground at the Tokushima-Kochi prefectural border.

The spring is classified as a sodium bicarbonate spring with a source temperature of 25.5 degrees Celsius and a mildly alkaline pH of 8.6. The water is characterized by its distinctively silky, smooth texture, earning it a reputation as a bijin-no-yu (beauty water) prized for its skin-beautifying properties. A circulation and heating system maintains the bathing water at a comfortable temperature. Therapeutic indications include neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain.

The panoramic bathhouse on the second floor spans an impressive 40 meters in length, allowing bathers to soak while gazing through expansive windows at the Pacific Ocean panorama. In addition to the main bathing pool, the facility offers a jacuzzi, reclining bath, cascade shower, jet bath, herbal bath, cypress bath, and cold plunge pool. Dry sauna and steam sauna alternate between men and women daily. Day-trip bathing is available for 800 yen for adults and 400 yen for children, with hours from 6:30 to 9:00 and 12:00 to 21:00. Overnight guests are treated to cuisine featuring locally caught seafood and premium Awa Odori chicken.
