Kinoe Onsen Hotel Seifukan is a scenic hot spring hotel perched on a hilltop on Osakikamijima Island, floating in the Seto Inland Sea in Okiura, Osakikamijima Town, Toyota District, Hiroshima Prefecture. Opened in 1988, its source spring named Ryusei (Dragon Spring) after a famous Chinese water source wells up from 221 meters beneath sacred granite rock. The hotel has earned nationwide acclaim, winning first place in the Scenic View category of the Hot Spring General Election for two consecutive years in 2024 and 2025, and being selected for five consecutive years in the Cuisine category of the Top 100 Hotels and Ryokan Chosen by Professionals.

The spring quality is a weakly radioactive calcium-sodium chloride cold mineral spring with a neutral pH of 7.0 and a source temperature of 22 degrees Celsius, heated for bathing use. The salt-rich water provides excellent heat retention and is effective for neuralgia, high blood pressure, cold sensitivity, and joint pain. The water is known for its gentle feel on the skin and lasting warmth after bathing.

The open-air bath, renovated and reopened in April 2023, offers a panoramic view of the Seto Inland Sea archipelago, including Omishima Island in Ehime Prefecture, the Kurushima-Kaikyo Bridge of the Shimanami Kaido, and on clear days, Mount Ishizuchi in Shikoku. Facilities include an infinity open-air bath, sauna, private baths, and pot baths. With 54 guest rooms, day-trip bathing is available for 800 yen per adult, with a discount to 500 yen on the 5th, 15th, and 25th of each month.
