Kagura Monzen Tojimura is a hot spring theme village situated on a small hilltop in Midori-cho Hongo, Akitakata City, Hiroshima Prefecture. Opened in July 1998, the facility was born from a serendipitous discovery of hot spring water during a drilling survey, leading to the creation of a nationally unique complex that fuses the traditional performing art of Geihoku Kagura with hot spring bathing. The village faithfully recreates a nostalgic old-style monzen-machi (temple gate town) streetscape, with tile-roofed lattice-front inns, therapeutic lodgings, restaurants, and teahouses lining the streets.

The spring quality is a simple weak radioactive cold mineral spring (natural radon onsen) with a source temperature of 17.4 degrees Celsius, heated for bathing use. The water is drawn from a source approximately 1km away and is characterized by its gentle, moisturizing softness on the skin. Therapeutic indications include neuralgia, joint pain, arteriosclerosis, high blood pressure, skin conditions, cold sensitivity, and gout.

The bathing facility Iwatoya features a rare two-story bathhouse structure with a glass-walled main bath offering an open, airy atmosphere. The open-air bath is a rock-built source water bath, complemented by a waterfall shower, herbal bubble bath, steam sauna, source water cold bath, lying bath, and jet bath. Day-trip bathing is available for 800 yen for adults and 450 yen for children, from 11:00 to 20:30. The facility is closed on the third Wednesday and the following Thursday of each month. The village houses a nationally rare kagura performance dome called Kamukura-za where regular kagura performances are held. With 25 guest rooms for overnight stays, visitors can also enjoy natural gibier cuisine featuring wild boar and deer.
