Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") set forth the conditions for using this site (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). Users are required to agree to these Terms before using the Service.

1. Persons wishing to use the Service may register for membership by the method specified by the Operator after agreeing to these Terms.
2. The Operator will determine whether to approve membership registration according to its criteria.

Article 4 (Account Management)

1. Registered users shall appropriately manage their account ID and password at their own responsibility.
2. Registered users may not transfer or lend their accounts to third parties under any circumstances.

Article 5 (Prohibited Actions)

Users shall not engage in the following actions when using the Service:

1. Actions violating laws or public order and morals
2. Actions related to criminal activities
3. Actions infringing intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy, honor, or other rights of the Operator or third parties
4. Posting false information
5. Actions that interfere with the operation of the Service

Article 6 (Posting Hot Spring Information and Reviews)

1. Users may post information and reviews about hot spring facilities on the Service.
2. Posts should preferably be based on actual visit experiences, and posting false or misleading information is prohibited.
3. The poster shall bear all responsibility for the content of their posts.

Article 7 (Intellectual Property Rights)

1. Copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, and other intellectual property rights for content provided on the Service belong to the Operator unless otherwise indicated.
2. Copyright for content posted by users belongs to the user who posted it.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

1. The Operator does not guarantee that the Service is free from factual or legal defects.
2. The Operator assumes no responsibility for any damages caused to users by the Service.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. Japanese law shall be the governing law for the interpretation of these Terms.
2. In the event of a dispute regarding the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the Operator's place of residence shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
